What problems could arise with the plumbing/water in the new house?

It is a house out of foreclosure and I’m buying it with cash. I’ve inspected everything by what my uncle told me to do (contractor and former structural inspector). Also took pics etc..

But, no one has lived in the house since May. There is no sign of water damage, water tank looks new.. but it does need new piping (cheap). What else could arise that I need to look into?

Septic problems and how to check etc? The house is currently winterized.
