		<description>these 2 are right, sealant &amp; gaskets do nothing the wax ring ( in your case double) is what bridges &amp; seals the toilet connection to the waste pipe... once you set it &amp; bolt it down, pick a good grout, or caulk &amp; seal it to the floor so it will not move. the movement will open the wax seal &amp; cause leak. set it w/out a wax, &amp; seal the base to the floor &amp; you would eventually find poop seeping out of some where!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
