A few weeks ago, I noticed a water leak in my 1999 Audi A6 Avant. As I drove uphill, water would come rushing through a vent near the passenger side floor.

It depends on what needs to be done. Some of these Audis do great and need only basic maintenance which you could do yourself (a few hundred dollars of maintenance per year). However, some Audis run into major issues. At that point, you can fork out a few thousand dollars and still run into problems. In other words, it’s luck of the draw.

the audi is a beautiful car and as you can imagine, it drives better than any other car i’ve ever owned. however, maintenance is very expensive when needed. if you’re looking to buy, i would try to stick with an audi that has less than 80k miles.

I’m not sure about problems in the rear passenger seat. If you have a sunroof, it’s possible that water is getting in through there. Best of luck.

i have the same problem with my 2000 A6 avant..But my problem is in the Rear passenger seat and the front is completely dry. when it rains the rear paggenger gets a lot of water. Can you give me some help please??
